This is a dope app ! But seriously something needs to be done asap! 1).its says you have a new message (notifications) and you go open it and its an old message

Ive been trying to buy stamps for days now and for some reason I cant purchase stamps. When I click stamp package there is no package to choose from. Ive even tried to buy them from the web and not the app. This is very frustrating

JPay updated automatically and now I cannot select a package to purchase stamps! Please fix ASAP.

I press email stamp package and its blank nothing to choose from! Please help!

I attempted to purchase stamps and each time a message popped up stating "purchase failed." However, when I checked my bank account they charged me for each time I attempted to purchase the stamps which totals $40.50!! If my money is not refunded by tomorrow I will be going to my bank to sort this out. How inconvenient!!!! And I still dont have any stamps!!!!

Every time I try to buy stamps it tells me failed and does not work....

Can you guys fix this, this is very important to me and i am getting beyond frustrated! I Tried Many Times To Get Stamps, YOU TOOK MY MONEY BUT DIDNT GIVE ME MY STAMPS Fix This Non Sense!!! PLEASE!!!! I Spent My Last For Nothing In Return!

For some reason the app will not let me hear sound on any of my videos. Ive tried turning my phone off and refreshing the app. Still nothing! The notification alert is very annoying and messes with my OCD. Everything else is fine.

I would highly recommend this app. I love the fact that I can send him a message anytime I want and put money on his account. Its very easy to use.

I have no complaints about this app. Its always updated automatically and Ive never had any issue with logging in, like I see others have. As far as the notification staying on, Ive found that if you open the email, then go back to the main screen, and reopen the email, the notification goes away. This app has always worked wonderfully for me and made connecting with my loved one easier.

Please fix the notifications. I will receive a notification stating that I have a new email but once I check the email the notification icon is still there unless I delete the email

This app has made communication so much easier than sending hand written letters. Thank you to the genius who made it easier to stay connected with our loved ones.

I have attempted to purchase stamps on three different occasions now, all have failed for no legitimate reason. Im starting to loose my patience. Ive already contacted a customer service representative who failed to give me a logical reason other than "we might not accept your card" when I have already made sure that MasterCard is accepted for their services.

This app isnt working for me at all. Keeps saying, network unavailable. Tried customer service but got nothing back yet. Whats going on?

There is a serious problem with the app, the last review I posted was after an update where I could only see the first few lines of the email being sent to me now I cant even pull my keyboard to respond, theyre very iffy on sending my videos. Some times the only way my inmate knows I sent a video is because of the prepaid stamp they get when I send the video! So tired of this app.

So the only issue I have with this app is I tried to buy stamps the other day and of course it took the money out of my account but the stamps werent and still are not posted to my account! Smh it says that its failed but its said that before and still gave me my stamps. Ive been needing to send a email and this is really in the way! Ive emailed customer service 3 TIMES and no one has messaged me back! Please fix this issue asap! Just ridiculous!

Everytime I open up the app it says theres an update. I go to do the update and theres not one!!:( other than that I like it that I can communicate with my child!:)

I love this app. I use it daily. It recently updated and when I open it up a pop up announcement appears to tell me that Jpay had fixed several bugs including the redundancy of a pop up update announcement. Lol. Well just say it still needs some work on that bug...:-)

Makes sending my letters so incredibly easy! If only he could respond back as easily
