Been dealing with the crappy service now you guys so called fix the issues everyone has been having with this new update but I cant sign in now cmon what is it going to take for you guys to get this right?

When I enter password I get message that action cannot be completed at this time. So cant log on.

So I updated the application and now it will not allow me to even sign into the application at all very annoying I have grown to love the application and would give it a higher rating if the updates where tested before pushing them out this is the second time that I have had problems with updating the app and it doesnt work .. If its not broke dont fix it...

I never write reviews but this app AND the customer is so bad I just have to do it. They just released an "update" tonight & now I cant login. Ive contacted customer service 8 times to determine why I cant provide the inmate with a return prepaid stamp and the responses have varied from 1) the feature is not available in the facility (which is inaccurate because other family members have the feature & are able to use it) 2) we are looking into it 3) log in from your computer (which I did & it still was not available) 4) we just dont know why the feature isnt working for you. Unfortunately there is no other service but JPay so you have to deal with the complete incompetent App and terrible customer service. Ridiculous!

Every update has another issue. Now I cant login. This app is junk!

Mostly works how it says it will, except one really annoying thing is that the notification that you have a new email message will stay on for days after youve already read the email. This is really distracting, I wish it would fix. Update: yeah, they fixed that problem, but theres so many other problems. Right now, I cant even log in, says "Unable to complete request"... Been like this all day. If they are going to make updates, they really have to make sure the server can accommodate them. Unbelievably annoying not to be able to log in with their new version.

This application has worked properly for me during the past year, however today I was forced to upgrade and now I am unable to even log into the application. I logged into the website just fine but the app is much easier to navigate!

Cant sign in. Constantly says cant connect to server. Past two updates have had horrible experiences with. Last update couldnt read the whole email.

I did the new update and I cant log in on the app now. I have to go to the website. Very inconvenient.

I cant even login how convenient!!! This is ridiculous. You update the app to improve it and now it doesnt work?! You guys need to fix this immediately. I should have never updated the app.

After updating (BIG MISTAKE) I cant even login now. Thanks for "fixing" the issues. Very frustrated.

Cant log in or access the app after the update. Cant get to my emails app is useless at this point.

Got a new phone and installed the latest "update" for the app. Every time I try to log in it says "unable to complete request at this time". Ive uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, restarted my phone, etc. Get your act together.

Cant login.... Do they even test these things before they release them?!?!? Please just roll back to last update until you guys actually check your work.

Cannot log into app since Feb 25 update

Okay its 10:00am now and I just reinstalled app. Tried to sign on and it did sign me on. It doesnt look like they changed the app version number? Anyway it signed me in now... As long as it works like this I am happy...
