Purchased stamps twice once for 50 and the stamps never loaded to my account then for a secon time for 20 and still no stamps like wtf where did my money go

Very buggy. Ill get a notification that I have a new message to read, but often have trouble opening it. It will say "loading" and then never actually load. The app itself is not difficult to use and it makes communication super convenient... when it decides to work properly.

I have been using it for 5yrs... but I wish somehow I could use PayPal... I canceled my card nd currently waiting for my new one in the mail nd I cant make any payments till it gets here but if I could pay with PayPal I could use my account... nd y cant I find a federal inmate...???

Im have updated this app and now it shows I have messages when I dont please fix this asap....

App says update but no update is showing up in App Store. App also freezes and crashes when trying to load videograms. Emails & videograms also take forever to receive through JPay. Works fine sometimes and other times its terrible.

Money I sent wasnt received and my message wasnt delivered. I lost a substantial amount of money with this app to be in the same exact position

JPay was my favorite method of contacting my ppl; but now I keep getting locked out. I have to keep resetting my password because it keep saying my password is invalid. Its getting annoying please fix it... SOON! Thanks

Used to be a well-functioning app. Now, it charges my account multiple times when Im adding money to the account while its "loading". It also no longer alerts me when I have an email. Emails take up to a week to arrive and VideoGrams take up to a month to arrive. Something has shifted with the company and this app in the past few months and its disappointing.

Notifications used to come to my phone to alert me when theres a new email. Now they dont. We pay enough for a stamp at least tell us when we have mail! Geez

Its bad enough jail is a million if not billion dollar scandal and you guys cant seem to improve one measly app. Go figure

When will the Snap N Upload feature be available to iPhone and apple users ?

I can write a email to my fiancé buuuut when he responds the message doesnt show up for DAYS its really inconvenient even if he is getting out in December Please fix this and make the updates available for all iOS I have iOS 7 and its a pain

The concept is great, but this app frequently freezes. I have to uninstall and then reinstall often.

I agree with Kates review from 10/26/16. Something has definitely changed with JayPay. Ive been trying to communicate with an old buddy for the last two weeks with no success. I started an email and didnt finish it and when I return to complete the email a prompt; it ask if I want to finish where I left off and my keyboard appeared and I cant click yes or no. This has never happened before. Ive deleted the app and reinstalled with no success, same issue each time. I emailed JayPay twice with no response. I called and the representative told me it was my issue with my phone not their app and offered no other suggestions and hung up. Amazing.

I used to love this app made it easy to send mail to my loved one emails are being sent more than once and stamps being removed and I no longer get notifications that an email has been received. Money being sent is taken out of my account more than once. Not very happy with this new updated app. :-(

I am not receiving my messages for days nor Im I being notified that a message has come in! Some of my messages are disappearing I dont understand why. I hope that every issue I mention gets addressed and corrected. Iphone user. Thank you

Where is the update that was promised thru my email???? Please follow-thru with what you are saying will be done. Its very unprofessional and youre on the verge of losing business!!!

It still has the same options; however, I cant view any old sent/received letters. Also, I got an error message when I wanted to send a note with a money transfer. Fix this!

I want to be able to buy stamps with American Express but other than that this is a very good app
