Used snap and send and my husband never received his pics !!!!!!

The email shows I have unread messages but I dont...Every time I click on something it freezes then crashes.

When drafting a message, And exiting the application, when you return to your J Pay draft, it is " Frozen" and cannot be updated.

And when you were younger and you got like a birthday card and you always look inside it for that birthday cash from your granny well its kind of the same thing when youre locked away for doing whatever crime youve done Ive been accused of forgive more thats what were supposed to do love more thats were supposed to do I love you whoever reads this and I forgive you whoever reads this so find a penpal give more love because lets be quite honest are you really perfect?

Cant find out if money got to my friend. Did email and it doesnt show a "sent" email but it used stamps.

Since the new update its been nothing but issues! Its been saying loading for the past few hours! Yall need to look into this and fix whatever needs to be fixed!! Two thumbs down

What is wrong with this freakin App? It keep showing the number of emails forever after Ive checked them. It want show sent emails for days and this morning I tried to send money and it started loading and its 9:30 at night so where is my money? I had to delete the App and start over and still nothing. I hate this App. Its frustrating enough dealing with a love one locked up. This shouldnt be a thorn in my side. Fix this

Emails are not sent and received in a timely manner. Also, it shows I have 13 unread messages and never updates. I have read all of them and the alert number just keeps going up as the emails come in. At times, I receive 4-5 emails at once from several days ago. Awful.

Since last update, all of the emails I sent and received disappeared. Only the first lines are still there, but the main part of what has been written is gone. Very disapointing

I downloaded app, worked fine. Next day (today) get message to update app. Hello!!!theres no update, contacted support and they said to update it, duh tried but u have to publish update first! Deleted app.

So, I WAS an inmate for 6 long years. Ive had this app since I got released 8 months ago. Its absolutely horrible. Ive sent letters, pictures AND videos on various occasions to various inmates at various institutions and they either took forever or never got to the institution. So EVERY time Ive reached out to "customer support" Ive always been told its an institutional issue. NO ITS NOT. Ive worked in both the mail room where the terminal for the institution is located, and the Warden offices. JPay is a joke. PLEASE fix your program. Tell your programmers and "bug fixers" to go back to what ever program they illegedly graduated from and get a refund.

THIS PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED ALREADY THIS IS THE WORST APP! IVE TRIED TO SEND MY COUSINS MESSAGES AND HE HAS NOT GOTTEN THEM I EITHER WANT MY MONEY BACK OR THIS APP NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP ALSO IT KEEPS TELLING ME TO UPDATE BUT WILL NOT UPDATE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH IS APP IT MUST BE A SCAM IVE NEVER SEE ANYTHING LIKE IT 1) YOU ARE MESSING WITH PEOPLES MONEY AND THATS SOMETHING YOU SHOULD NOT DO FIX IT.

I can send money to be put on my friends books, I can transfer stamps, email him, send cards, pictures and money for his music account all on one app. Plus I get notifications when he emails me so I feel like hes actually texting me sometimes! Simple and easy; love it, thanks for providing a way to keep in contact with my loved one! Makes the situation were in a lot easier!

I simply would like a update to utilize all the features via mobile device.

The app was perfect before this update. Now its saying unable to complete the request at this time :( it wont allow me to log in. Please fix.

Just downloaded the new update and it wont let me log in. Every time I try it says unable to complete the request at this time.

updating this app was the worst mistake ever, now i cant sign in and cant talk at all with my love one... i try with diferent accounts and i get the same result!!! Please fix it as soon as possible
