JPay can be pretty expensive and messages and videograms can be slow to receieve. The app is far from perfect, but its a great way to keep in touch with your loved ones!

What the hell happened to the email. Why was a good thing removed? Its 2016 cmon

Since the latest updates I have not been able to hear the videograms. I received 2 and had a old one before getting the iPhone I cannot hear none of them. This is very discouraging.

This app hasnt worked for me in a month or more. Cannot s me emails at all. The " Do you want to overwrite you current message" comes up and stays there. Cannot see what your writing and will not send. Will someone please fix this!

Messages not showing in sent folder and not able to sent funds Thur the app...an receiving messages days later

I would love it if the messages showed what time they were sent/received but other than that really nice to have. Its always been easy for me to use, never had problems with it. Great way to keep in touch!

For as much money as you get from everyone you should be regularly updating your app. You need to make it iPad friendly, meaning you need to make it accessible in landscape mode. What is taking so long to update this app?

I had put money on this app for stamps and the app has not been working for over two moths now! This is terrible how you guys start an app and let it crash with no care as to peoples connections with their loved ones or the money they spent on the app that is not able to be used or refunded. TERRIBLE!

You apparently have a lock (definitely no pun intended) on this market and you are making families and friends YOUR unwilling prisoners with this terrible app. I also can no longer get in. FIX YOUR APP!!!

Every time I try to open my 6 new messages it says I dont have an inmate with email enabled and when I try to put money on it wont let me select a contact. I have a bunch of unread emails that I cant even read. I dont get it.

I typed an entire message,,attached a photo and the whole thing dropped. Lost the whole message. Then, after I do send a message I dont know if it actually was sent or not because it doesnt show up in my outbox. So until you fix your errors are your bugs in the system Im not gonna pay for any more stamps. If you want compensation for service, PROVIDE IT!!! What a nightmare!!!!

Frustrating how no one response to service request emails. Emails take 4-6 hours to show as sent. Tickets arent responded to and if they are, its only with they will look into it. Its said that with the amount of money I spend monthly, this doesnt seem to be a concern. Some videos take multiple weeks to be approved and you have no idea if they are denied or just sitting there for review. Better communication with the consumers would improve my rating. But as on now Im giving it one star. There needs to be more opinions for family/friends to use, as this one is very poor.

When I first started using this feature it was awesome, I could have as close to a real email conversation as possible, but lately, Im not receiving messages until days after theyre sent and hes not receiving my messages at all. To top it off, today when I go into the app, it pops up with a message saying to update, but when I go to my App Store I have the most updated version! Yall need to fix these issues. I realize most companies dont care because were writing to someone who is incarcerated, but those people are our loved ones. If youre going to provide a service like this, do your job and keep it updated and working! This is ridiculous. Ive sent messages all day for 3 days in a row and at then of the day I get a message saying he hasnt heard from me all day! Thats not right!!

I love being able to send messages back and forth to my loved one. The stamps are okay priced. But Im finding its deleting messages without me knowing, and it keeps saying i need an update but there is nothing there when I go to update. Also doesnt also send me a notification when I get a new message I a lot of times have to go in and manually check for messages.

Im finding I have a different version. Where is the version with Snap and Send?? Why is it taking so long for my messages with a pic taking 3 days?? He can send an email and I get it same day. If I send email with. I attachment still takes 3 days to receive. Should be better than what it is. I just was prompted to do the update and it never updated for the snap and send. Can you fix this please. I have version 4.6.

Since the new update cannot receive emails.....

Since the new update videograms pictures or emails do not wanna send. Also the snap and send does not work very well. Its really laggy. Everything is very laggy and slow. Please fix bugs.
