Ridiculously Terrible!
I never write reviews but this app AND the customer is so bad I just have to do it.
They just released an "update" tonight & now I cant login.
Ive contacted customer service 8 times to determine why I cant provide the inmate with a return prepaid stamp and the responses have varied from
1) the feature is not available in the facility (which is inaccurate because other family members have the feature & are able to use it)
2) we are looking into it
3) log in from your computer (which I did & it still was not available)
4) we just dont know why the feature isnt working for you.
Unfortunately there is no other service but JPay so you have to deal with the complete incompetent App and terrible customer service. Ridiculous!
