Charged Inappropriately

I attempted to purchase stamps and each time a message popped up stating "purchase failed." However, when I checked my bank account they charged me for each time I attempted to purchase the stamps which totals $40.50!! If my money is not refunded by tomorrow I will be going to my bank to sort this out. How inconvenient!!!! And I still dont have any stamps!!!!
